Empowered birth
for unique minds

Enter in a new world - with different kind of birth support
Birth is one of the most powerful and vulnerable experiences you will ever go through. It’s not just physical - it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal.
And in a system that can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, I am here to make sure you are never alone in it. I am a doula, and my role is simple:
I support you - fully, continuously, and without judgment.
While doctors and midwives focus on the medical side of birth, I focus on you — your comfort, your experience, and your sense of safety.
I will be with you:
- Before birth, helping you prepare and feel confident
- During labor, offering calm, steady, continuous support
- After birth, as you process, recover, and adjust
I don’t rotate shifts. I don’t divide my attention.
I am there for you, the entire time.

My Approach
I offer neurodiversity-affirming support for women and birthing people throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My approach is grounded in health coaching and centered around your unique needs, experiences, and sensory world.
I believe neurodivergent individuals deserve care that truly understands and supports them—especially during one of life’s most significant transitions: becoming a parent.
Through advocacy, sensory-aware care, and nervous system-focused preparation, I support you in feeling safe, understood, and respected at every stage of your journey. Together, we create a space where you can prepare for birth and early parenthood in a way that aligns with who you are.
My goal is for you to step into this new chapter feeling confident, empowered, and fully supported.

Frequently asked questions
Here are some common questions about myself and role of doula.
If you have a partner or family, they don’t have to carry this alone either. I guide them, support them, and give them the confidence to be present with you — without feeling overwhelmed.
Together, we create a team around you.
In Luxembourg, the majority of births take place in hospitals, and these options are a normal and supported part of care. I also recognize that for some people—especially those with neurodivergence — the unpredictability of birth or unfamiliar environments can feel overwhelming, and those needs deserve to be acknowledged and carefully supported. My role is to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported so your birth experience is positive and aligned with your preferences.
Doula services are currently not covered by CNS or social-support schemes. I am an independent entrepreneur and I provide customized pricing plans according to the needs and financial situation of the family.
If you are a woman in extremely challenging life situation, I provide my services as a volunteer in several NGOs (Asbl) for underprivileged.
I have also a fundraiser, which thanks to community support could provide partial financing for families in needs.
Even if you’re not a first-time mom, a doula can still make a meaningful difference because every pregnancy and birth brings its own dynamics, especially when you’re navigating it without a strong “village” support system—such as living abroad in a more cellular family structure or balancing the needs of older siblings. Your needs in this pregnancy may be completely different from your previous experience, and there may be things you wished you had done differently or explored more deeply last time, but didn’t have the space or support to. I tailor my care to your current reality, helping your whole family feel supported, grounded, and not alone through each stage of your journey.
Every person deserves to feel respected, heard, and supported during birth.
I am here to remind you that:
- You deserve continuous care
- You deserve to feel safe
- You deserve to have a positive, supported experience—no matter how your birth unfolds
Moreover in these times, I believe peace starts with birth, and that’s why I’m choosing this path: to support women & families in a way that is present, meaningful, and truly matters.
I moved to Luxembourg over ten years ago and I built a career in the corporate world, believing I could work my way through anything if I try harder, know and do more. But becoming a mother to my now four-year-old daughter shifted my perspective. On the top of that, discovering my own neurodiversity gave me a new lens to understand my own birth experience and reflect back on how differently we approach care. I realized not everything should be solved alone by doing more, comparing each other to a golden standards — and that real impact comes from genuine human connection, understanding your true needs, discovering boundaries and building the right support around it (in contrary to one-fits-all approach).
